Turn Off Phone Button Beeps/Clicks

Are you tired of hearing beeps every time you push a button on the phone? Well, there is a way to silence it.

  1. Menu ("Hamburger") button
  2. "Settings" feature key
  3. "Audio" feature key
  4. "Button clicks" feature key
  5. "Toggle" feature key
  6. "Save" soft key
  7. "Back" soft key
  8. "Exit" soft key

Voicemail Greeting

As you know, we transitioned to a new phone system a few months ago. It has been brought to our attention that many still need to set up their voice mail greeting. Below you will find instructions on how to set up your voice mail. Note, there are arrows on the pictures to help guide you through this process. Please be certain to leave your name and department in the greeting. This is mandatory and needs to be completed by Friday, October 18, 2019. If you have any questions regarding the content of your greeting, please feel free to contact me. If you need technical help on setting up the greeting please contact the IT Department at ext. 6168.

To record your voicemail greeting press the Voicemail button as shown in the picture below.

Then select "Greeting..." by using the white navigation buttons and pressing the black rectangular button under the word "Select".

Select "Record" and speak your greeting clearly into the handset.

When you are finished select "Stop" to end the recording. If you want to review your greeting you can press the "Listen" button. When you are satisfied with your greeting select the "Submit" button to save your greeting.
