Instructions

1. Click the blue TeamViewer button above.
2. Save the file to your computer:
   
3. Open Windows Explorer on your computer, then find and run the file from where you saved it to:
   
4. Follow the instructions that the program displays, and the instructions from the IT Tech that you are working with.
